A 5-minute walk from reiterkogelbahn. It is near the airport. My family liked the pool. Have a drink at the sports bar...

very friendly staff, great location - the gondola can be reached on foot, the wellness area and the rooms are very comfortable, good cuisine
At the breakfast buffet there were no teacups or teapots. The dinner is also from the buffet - personally I would prefer to have the food served

Shuttle service from the hotel to the ski lift was very convenient. The food was good and the selection sufficient. Pool and sauna were restful.
There's too much untrained personnel. They are not always service-oriented, e.g. in the bar the barkeeper does not know his way around and serves the guests only on insistence. Drink prices are too high.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist us. The receptionist's English language skills were impressive and her ever cheery smile made us feel welcome. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate my medically strict diet, ensuring that I had delicious and suitable meals. The location of this hotel on a hill provided stunning views and added to the overall tranquility of our stay. The room amenities were fantastic, including an in-room safe, television, and comfortable parquet flooring. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area, which were both elegant and inviting. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a day of activities. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a convenient bonus.
This place is a true gem and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Very nice staff and very helpful workers at the reception desk
The room was already very old and unfortunately dirty, at the bed on the back wall there was something glued and it was very disgusting. a small window overlooking another house in about 3 meters, the food was also modest, scrambled eggs were the most disgusting I have eaten so far and the service staff was quite overtaxed

Elevator partly out of operation, with extremely many stairs to the top floor especially on the day of arrival with large luggage

The hotel is located on a little hill overlooking the town and near to the slopes, making it an ideal spot for skiing. the staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and pastries. the swimming pool and wellness area were relaxing, with fluffy dressing gowns provided.
Some areas of the hotel appeared to be dated and in need of refurbishment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! . The wellness area was great! With a fantastic view of the slopes!
Dinner was fine, I was expecting more. The location of the hotel is a problem for the car when there is a lot of snow, we had to switch to the parking lot that is further.

We particularly enjoyed the spa area with the sauna and steam room, which helped us to relax after a long day on the slopes. the food at the hotel was great, with a range of tasty options to choose from. Best aspects: the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to skiing and walking trails. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, with its Alpine touches and warm furnishings.
Our room was facing a noisy street which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. the Wi-Fi in the hotel was unreliable and often not strong enough to use.

All the staff were very nice. The food was mostly very good though sometimes too much salted. Breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and massage.
You need to walk some distance up the hill to the hotel. This was hard in ski boots so we decided to use the ski deposit near the lift. This walk may be hard for small children. The steam bath worked for only 2 days and then it has broken.
